  Break out of the winter routine and join us for fresh air, movement, and connection! We're heading to Sierra Vista Bike Park for an outdoor adventure that's all about embracing February's theme of loving your business journey and that includes loving the balance between work and play.

  Whether you're looking to explore the trails, enjoy a peaceful walk, or simply connect with fellow EMPWR members in a beautiful outdoor setting, this event is designed to recharge your entrepreneurial spirit. Sometimes the best business insights come when we step away from our desks and into nature.

  No special equipment required, just dress for the weather and bring your sense of adventure! We'll meet at the main parking area and let the group decide how we want to explore together. This is about community, fresh perspectives, and reminding ourselves that taking care of our well-being is essential to taking care of our businesses.

  Perfect for entrepreneurs who need a midday reset, love the outdoors, or simply want to connect with amazing women while getting some vitamin D and fresh mountain air.

• Spring Vendor Fair Blood Drive

  We’re excited to host our first community give-back fundraiser and blood drive, and we invite local small businesses and vendors to join us as pop-up partners for the day.

  This event is open to an unlimited number of vendors, providing a great opportunity to showcase your products and services, connect with the community, and support a meaningful cause. Vendor tickets are only required for those wishing to pop up as a vendor—there is no registration required to attend or participate in the blood drive itself.

  Vendor registration is available through the EMPWR site, and we’d love to have you be part of this special, community-driven event.

  Come pop up, connect, and help us make a difference—together.

• EMPWR Morning Meeting

  We gather one Wednesday morning a month for networking and "something else" - sometimes it's a topical discussion, other times it might be an activity or a speaker. We also have door prize drawings plus a 50/50 CASH raffle to support another local nonprofit.

  Our regular monthly meetings are free to attend but purchasing dinner, drinks, or dessert from one of the host businesses is always encouraged. We will be meeting upstairs so plan ahead. (Elevator is near the front entrance, the Plumb Lane side, to your left when you walk in.)

  This meeting is open to all female business owners or entrepreneurs. You are welcome to join us and we encourage you to invite a friend who you think would also benefit from this supportive group.

  New things to expect in 2026:
  1. Vendor tables! We will have up to 4 vendor tables available at each meeting. EMPWR Collective members can purchase a vendor spot for just $25. Members exhibiting can bring products to sell or information to share with all who attend.

  2. Self-introductions - we are growing but do want to build back in time at each meeting for people to briefly share who they are and what they do. There will be two opportunities at each meeting for people to do self-introductions.

  One is to bring a guest. If you bring a first-time guest, both the member and the guest will be able to introduce themselves. The other is to bring a prize for the door prize drawings. Everyone who donates something will be allowed to introduce themselves and announce what they are giving away.

  3. We will still feature a nonprofit at each meeting but in 2026 we are going to choose one nonprofit for the whole month. We hope this will help us communicate more about each organization's mission and what we can do to support them
