Founded by women, for women, EMPWR is a nonprofit collective that supports, elevates, and connects women-owned businesses across Northern Nevada. We’re here to create real community, not competition. Whether you're new to entrepreneurship or a seasoned founder, you belong here.

EMPWR Collective was never part of the plan — it was born out of a moment of frustration, a whole lot of heart, and a powerful realization.

After being rejected from another networking group that didn’t feel aligned, our founder realized she wasn’t alone. Women across Northern Nevada were craving something different: a space to connect, collaborate, and just be themselves without gatekeeping, exclusion, or ego.

So she built it.

What started as a simple outreach turned into a wave of women saying “yes” to community. Today, EMPWR is more than a group — it’s a sisterhood. We don’t just talk business. We make friends, cry on each other’s shoulders, and rise through real connection.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
